The principal reserves the right to admit or reject the application for admission.
Once the child is granted admission to the school, it is requested that the parents must be doubly vigilant to abide by the rules & regulations of the school / the payment of fees on time.
Fees payable are subject to change from time to time.
Parents must acknowledge by signing all the communications of the school and return the same to the class teacher.
The students must not be absent from the classes without prior information and written leave application to the principal. Any leave for more than three days, in case of illness will require medical certificate by the doctors.
Wearing gold jewels and carrying excessive money are strictly prohibited. All the items are brought to the school like diary, tie, lunch box, jersey, blazer etc. should bear the name of the child.
If a student is to be withdrawn from the school, a written intimation should be given by the parents / guardian at least one month in advance. One failing which a month’s fee in lieu of the notice will be charged.
The management / principal can in interest of the school may ask a parent to remove the child during the school year or at the end of session.
Cost of replacement will be charged for breakage, damage and losses made by the child in school.
Any changes in address or telephone number must be promptly intimated to the school in writing.
75% attendance is required to be made by every child in a session to appear in the final examination.
The students who fail twice in the same class will have to leave the school.
If the student is caught using unfair means during the test / examination, disciplinary action can be taken.
A student will be declared passed / promoted to the higher classes in accordance with the rules and pass percentage in existence at that time.
The student absent from examination for any reason will not be re-examined.
Transfer certificate for withdrawal will not be issued until all the dues of the school are settled.
When the name of the student is struck off the rolls for any reason whatsoever, the students will have to seek re-admission if they are interested and the school permits, re-admissions procedure has to be followed.
It is the duty of parents to send the child in neat & clean uniform, maintain regularity, check and sign school diary, encourage to take part in co-curricular activities and behave properly.
The children will not be allowed to go home during school hours without permission. However they may be permitted with only known person in case of any emergency.
The management / principal is at liberty to alter, add to or repeal any rules & regulations given in prospectus.
Though the school takes utmost care yet it will not hold itself responsible for any injury to the child and mishap during child journey to the school and return and during the child stay in school.
